Many people is seeking a "regime" which will be slim. You see all these "regimes" come and go. Some people "claim" they have tried everything then opt for surgery.
You may wonder why I put the diet of Word between quotation marks?
The diet of word means to me "...""a set plan meals that stick you to a fixed amount of time". Now if you are looking to get slim and stay thin for life, it is not a scheme that you seek. It is a style of life and change of the habit of eating you need.
But if you are already on an own diet plan and the need to lose those last few books really expose your pack 6 or 8 this plan could be just what you are looking for.
CARB cycling.
This is not a new concept. First, this seems to be the diet zig - zag by Dr. Fred Hatfield. Then 2 bodybuilding expert, Will Brink and Tom Venuto has created the carbohydrates of the bike.
This plan, you are working your BMR (metabolism) and your TDEE (Calories daily to maintain weight) and training your meals from there.
If you a male, I would say have 6 meals a day. If your female 5 meals a day.
Your calories are divided into three percentages, protein, carbohydrates and fats. If you are looking to get 45% of your calories of protein, 30% of carbohydrates and 25% low fat CARB days. 30% of your calories from protein, 50% carbohydrate and 20% of the days of carbohydrate fat high.
You will spend 3 days with meal plan of low carbohydrate, and then on the fourth day you are the high day of carbohydrate. After the 4th day you will be start the cycle again on the days of low.
Now, I have to admit, for you, plan meals can be difficult, but there are a few Web sites that it will work for you.
Carbohydrate cycling is a great way to get rid of the last bits of excess of body fat you have worked so hard to lose. But it is not a long team plan to eat. This plan, you must be on 4-8 weeks, and then go back to your own plan feed which is your daily calories to maintain weight.
If you give this plan a go, don't forget you will need to stay fairly strict, but treat yourself each time and a some time but control the size of the portions.
